Welcome to Azets´s ticketing system. You are welcome to contact us by email or manage your requests through our portal at https://azetspayrollfi.freshdesk.com/. In order to use the portal, you must activate your account. If you do not wish to use the portal and plan to only contact us by email, you can skip the activation. Please find instructions below.


Activating your account



Before you can login to our portal you must activate your account. You´ll receive the activation email either by sending us your first message by email or if we reach out to you first. You can also ask your payroll consultant to send you this activation email if you did not receive it or it was lost.





Start the activation process from the second link. Please make sure that the login page is not already open in your browser. This link will guide you to a window where you can set a password. Click the green button when you have confirmed your new password.





After the activation is completed you may login. Enter your email address and password. You can also use Google login. If you forget your password click Forgot your password? to reset it. Please note that you can change the language at any time by clicking the language in the upper right corner.
